Design Services

We specialize in creating the room transformation & personable space you have been looking for.  At piece by piece we source quality, hand-crafted decor & accent furniture from around the world.  We carry a blend of hard to find pieces, including pillows, wall art, candles, bath accessories, lamps, tableware & furniture

Consultation fee: $225 / minimum (travel fees may apply, please inquire)

 

Space Planning

Space planning is an important step in the completion of your room projects.  We appreciate the aesthetic that sizing and measurements bring to the balance of your home

 Fee:   $550/ per room minimum

 

Day Styling

Need a quick fix?  

We revamp, refresh & restyle room to room.. piece by piece.. Using pillows, accessories, furniture & decor. Styling fee is based up to 4 hours.  Additional time will be at a rate of $125/hr

Styling fee:  $625 minimum      Service trade fees: additional if required

 

Custom Drapery 

We design our own drapery and having our own workroom allows us to create designs from hundreds of fabrics, giving our clients ample choice in selecting the perfect feel & frame for their windows

Consultation fee: $175           Installation fee: determined upon project

 

Lighting Specialists

With many vendors to choose from we can find the right light fixtures that bring texture, style & the finishing touches to your room

We work with professional installers and electricians to ensure these pieces are handled with care

Curated Art

Finding the perfect art piece that pulls a room together is a special touch we give to our clients.  We use professional 'hangers' to take care of precision & safety

Staging

We enjoy working with local realtors for their staging needs & understand how important time & details are in the staging process

Delivery & Installation

Using local delivery services, we handle scheduling, set-up and all the essentials to ensure a successful delivery & installation of your pieces.  

Minimum Delivery fee:  $150 (approximate)

Designer Installation Fee:  $225/hr
